HIGH QUALITY OUTPUT WITH LIMITED BUDGETS
Working with limited to non-existent budgets, I mastered the art of negotiation and resourceful solutions. I was an integral part of sourcing talent, producing world-class photoshoots with celebrity teams and talent, and managing a team of anywhere from 5-15 for each issue, including designers, production artists, digital artists and interns - whom I also trained to senior positions down the line.

From last-minute cover start cancellations resulting in 24h turnaround shoots, including layout and retouching, to no-show articles or last-minute addons, throwing months of design work into a whirlwind of challenges.
