Contract negotiation, Production for photography and creative design and production for multiple events. On set art direction, Illustration, typography direction, layout, prepress, retouching, hiring of teams, , and general management of all creative team, assets and final output.

HIGH QUALITY OUTPUT WITH LIMITED BUDGETS
Working with limited to non existing budgets I mastered the art of negotiation and resourceful solutions, I was an integral part of sourcing talent, producing world class photoshoots with celebrity teams and talent and managing a team of anywhere from 5-15 for each issue including designers, production artists, digital artists and interns - whom I also trained to senior positions down the line.

Nothing gets you better prepared for impossible deadlines than the world of publishing. From last minute cover start cancellations resulting in 24h turnaround shoots including layout and retouching to no show articles or last minute addons throwing months of design work into a whirlwind of challenges.
